Mr. Jones is a trusts and estates attorney in San Francisco. He helps individuals and families who need a reliable relationship with a caring lawyer. Mr. Jones received a B.S. from San Diego State University, a J.D., Delta Theta Phi, from San Francisco Law School, and an LL.M. in Taxationfrom Golden Gate University School of Law.  Mr. Jones externed for the Honorable Lillian K. Sing, previously the Presiding Judge of Superior Court of San Francisco. He also acted as legal aid to the Honorable Mary E. Wiss, the Supervising Judge of the San Francisco Probate Department.  While at the Superior Court of San Francisco Mr. Jones facilitated civil and probate ex parte proceedings by hearing the party’s cases, synthesizing the arguments and presenting them to the appointed Judge.  Mr. Jones has been admitted to practice before all of the Courts of the State of California, the U.S. Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of California, and the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar Trusts and Estates Section, WealthCounsel, a national alliance of estate planning attorneys, the Advisor’s Forum, and ElderCounsel.
